Meet a Few of Our Fellows

🌍 Yana left Belarus with a vision: to create economic prosperity for underrepresented communities. From leading a UNESCO club to designing a mock IPO, she’s already proving that investment strategies can be a tool for equity.

💡 Orlee has used the power of storytelling as a speaker for PFLAG, one of the largest LGBTQ+ nonprofit in the U.S. Now, she’s turning her passion for advocacy into action—leveraging finance to uplift underrepresented founders.

📊 Gui was the first in his family to attend college, grew up in Brazil dreaming of building technologies that break down systemic barriers. His experience spans startups, corporate giants, and behavioral economics, and he’s ready to make capital a force for change.

🌱 Roman has dedicated his life to community impact, from AmeriCorps to venture capital. As a queer advocate and environmental leader, he’s proving that sustainable investing and social justice can go hand in hand.

🏛️ Ali’s journey has taken him from Syria to Tanzania to the U.S., giving him a global perspective on economic mobility and entrepreneurship. His work in consulting and data science fuels his mission to drive equity-centered innovation.
